Behavioral Health Services

 Coming September 2026

B FREE is excited to launch our new Behavioral Health Program this September, led by Clinical Director Ayanna Freedom, LICSW, RYT-500. Rooted in our mission of expanding access to affirming, trauma-informed care, the program will offer individual therapy and community-based mental health services throughout Cape Cod.

We are currently hiring two licensed clinicians to join our team. Their bios will be announced in the coming weeks, and each clinician will receive specialized training in Ayanna Freedom's Embodied Liberation Therapy® approach—an integrative model that combines somatic practices, mindfulness, nervous system regulation, and trauma-informed care to support healing and lasting well-being.

Interested in receiving therapy services through B FREE? Join our Behavioral Health Program waitlist by completing this Google Form. Once submitted, our team will review your information and reach out as appointments become available.
