Instructor
Niki Kellett
Niki is a 500-hour certified yoga teacher who’s forever a student at heart. Always learning, always curious, and always evolving. One day she’s guiding your yoga or Pilates class, another she’s offering Reiki, pulling tarot cards, or deep diving into Ayurvedic nutrition and the energetics of aromatherapy. Her favorite part of teaching is helping people take what they discover on the mat and actually live it, through movement, connection, and a little everyday magic.
When she’s not at the yoga studio, you can find her riding the bike path, having tea with friends, or off on an adventure with her family.

Instructor
Carolina Monroy
Carolina is a devoted mother of two teens, movement enthusiast, yin yoga teacher, and Let Your Yoga Dance facilitator. As an instructor, she is deeply passionate about the healing power of movement, dance, and embodied expression. Through movement and sound, Carolina supports mental health and emotional well-being with guidance that is soft, intuitive, and heart-led.
She believes that movement is medicine, and that listening to the body can open the door to profound healing and deeper self-connection. Mental health is at the center of her work, grounded in the belief that when we care for the body, we also nurture the soul.

Nonprofit Leader + Community Advocate
Ian Kilpatrick
Ian Kilpatrick grew up in the Greater Boston area and, since he can remember, has been passionate about social change and community building, in part due to the influence of his incredible big sister. After graduating from UMass Amherst in 2008, he began his career in fitness as an Athletic Training Coach, Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor. He spent the majority of that time employed by Equinox and Public Body, a Boston-based bootcamp community.
Wanting to make a bigger social impact, Ian pivoted careers by attending The Heller School of Brandeis University, where he earned his MBA in Nonprofit Management with a focus on Community and Social Impact. This program led him to his current role at the nonprofit fitness community, InnerCity Weightlifting (ICW). ICW’s mission is to amplify the voice and agency of those most impacted by mass incarceration and systemic racism.
He has proudly made it his life’s work to abolish the United States’ system of prison, punishment, and patriarchal white supremacy and replace it with human-focused love and support systems. Ian is excited to use the knowledge he has gathered from his academic, work, and personal experience to help BFREE grow and flourish in order to end the stigma and epidemic of addiction.
