Xtreme Hip Hop Step is a cardio-intensive fitness program created by Phil Weeden that combines step aerobics with hip hop music and dance. Classes feature instructor "call outs" to guide participants through routines that are performed to high-energy old and new school hip hop tracks. The workout uses an aerobic step board and focuses on full-body movement, improving coordination and building confidence in a fun, party-like atmosphere suitable for various fitness levels.
